What are amino acids and what amino acids are found in Anavii Hemp Hearts Protein?

Amino acids are the essential building blocks that help form proteins in the body. The body requires amino acids to help the body maintain balanced health. Amino acids help the body grow, break down food, repair body tissue and perform many other bodily functions, like creating energy in the body.

There are three types of amino acids: essential amino acids, nonessential amino acids and conditional amino acids.

Hemp Heart Protein is the most complete form of protein that provides all your essential amino acids as well as nearly all the other amino acids needed to survive.

What are essential amino acids?

Essential amino acids are called essential because these amino acids cannot be made by the body, meaning they MUST come from food sources. Today's American diets are seriously lacking balanced ratios of essential amino acids causing unhealthy conditions; however, Anavii hemp heart protein includes ALL 9 of these essential amino acids in each serving of our hemp heart protein.

These essential amino acids include: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.

All nine of these essential amino acids are found in a single serving of our hemp heart protein!

What are nonessential amino acids?

Nonessential amino acids are still vital to survival; however, these amino acids are considered nonessential because the body produces these amino acids without the need to get them from foods.

Nonessential amino acids include: alanine, arginine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamic acid, glutamine, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine.

The only nonessential amino acids not found in our hemp heart protein are asparagine and glutamine. Otherwise our hemp heart protein contains all of them!

What are conditional amino acids?

Conditional amino acids are amino acids that fall under the category or nonessential amino acids unless there is a conditionality, meaning that your body is suffering from illness or stress and may not effectively produce these amino acids. If this is the case with your body you may need to get this amino acids from food sources like our hemp heart protein.

These amino acids include arginine, cysteine, glutamine, tyrosine, glycine, ornithine, proline, and serine.

The only conditional amino acids not found in our hemp heart protein are glutamine and ornithine. Otherwise our hemp heart protein contains all of them!
