Berry Delicious Protein Smoothie
This delicious treat uses the super-food blueberries to pack some extra Vitamin C, Vitamin B, and manganese in to your diet. Manganese is an essential mineral that helps metabolize glucose, carbohydrates, cholesterol, and important amino acids (like those found in Anavii Hemp Protein Powder). Plus they help this smoothie taste great!
To make this smoothie you'll need just four ingredients but don't be afraid to experiment and make it your own.
- 5 Tbsp Anavii Hemp Protein
- 1 Cup ice cream/ soy cream
- 1 Cup milk (extra points for hemp milk!)
- 1 Cup frozen blueberries
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and combined.
Note: You can substitute a frozen berry mix for frozen blueberries but we prefer blueberries for their specific vitamin and mineral profile.
